JDi Data partners with Towson University to revitalize their certificate of insurance tracking process by implementing CTrax. Towson’s previous method of manually scanning their 300 active COIs was costing their team up to 10 hours a week and occasionally resulted in inaccurate or missing COIs. Without a system in place, the university was still receiving decade old COIs that they no longer needed – a change was necessary to meet their recommended insurance requirements. After implementing CTrax, Townson is able track each certificate by project, instead of by the insured without audit risk.
