Your insureds are listed and easily manageable, while human error is drastically reduced.

It increases productivity by allowing employees to spend less time managing Certificates of Insurance and more on mitigating risk.

CTrax offers an all-inclusive experience, even for those with poor technical skills. Its straightforward design makes features just a click away.

Once you access the CTrax Main page, on the left, under your profile image, you will have all features at your disposal. You can access Dashboard, Insureds, Projects, Compliance, Requests, and COI Upload. You also have access to Verification and Renewals.

Menu Item: Dashboard

The dashboard offers you an insight into the CTrax workflow. You will have access to the video presentation, which explains how to get started. After that, it directs you to create an Insured and upload COI or create a Risk Template and request a COI. Finally, the workflow leads you to Compliance Review.

CTrax enables users to categorize certificates according to their requirements, such as project type, supplier, and industry. As a result, businesses may quickly acquire Certificates of Insurance based on the vendors they work with, the sectors they serve, or the kinds of coverage they need. There is a chance that, in this process, duplicate certificates will emerge, but with the merge option, you can get rid of duplicate certificates.

Following these simple steps will help you manage your way around CTrax. By doing a quick search for any feature of the certificate, even vague searches that include a portion of a name or the policy number, it is possible to find all the information in the CTrax library quickly. Manually sorting through file cabinets with thousands of certificates would often take hours.

The time spent tracking COIs typically costs a business money, depletes resources, and reduces production. Fortunately, JDi Data established a platform that enables risk experts to quickly upload and view all pertinent COI data, providing a straightforward solution for this problem. Thus, our software efficiently reduces operational expenses for companies of all sizes while generating investment returns.
