How to Create a New Project
In order to start your project journey on the Ctrax software, one way is to create new projects and add all necessary information onto the dashboard. This is a straightforward process that requires four easy steps.
- Open the Ctrax software, and in the Home tab, select projects.
- In the top right corner, select “Add a new project.”
- Fill out all the required project information under the general tab and add further details if you deem it necessary.
- Save the project.
How to Import Projects in Bulk
Another way to add the project to the dashboard of the Ctrax software is to import them in five steps. One great advantage of this option is that you can add projects in bulk, cutting down the process’s complexity and time required for this activity.
- Open the Ctrax software, and in the Home tab, select projects.
- In the top right corner, select “Import.”
- Select the “Choose File” option on the top bar to import the file with the requirements.
- Review the mapping of the file data.
- Click “Next” or choose “Modify Data” to change any data imported and finish uploading the projects.
How to Add Insureds
Keeping in mind that many projects can have many insureds, our software allows you to add them separately or in bulk using five steps.
- On the dashboard, select the project you want to amend.
- In the top menu, click on the “Insureds” tab.
- Click on the “Add insured” option on the right side under the toolbar.
- Search for the insured and add as many as needed.
- Click “Save.”
How to Add Documents
The Ctrax also allows you to add all necessary documentation and store it in the project data for easier management of your activities. This process is done in 4 easy steps.
- On the dashboard, select the project to which you want to add the documents.
- In the top menu, click on the “Documents” tab.
- Click on the “Add” option.
- Using the option “Choose File,” select the document from your computer.
- Write the document’s name and description in the box.
- Click “Save,” and the documents appear on the uploaded documents section.
How to Set Up High-Risk Profile
Another important function Ctrax software offers is setting up a Risk Profile for each project. You can use the provided template or add the required coverage on your own. Both options are simple and easily manageable on the dashboard.
- Select the project to which you want to add a risk profile on the dashboard.
- From the top toolbar, select the “Risk Profile” option.
- Click on either the “Load from template” or “Add required coverage” option.
- Select the Template” or “Insurance type” option.
- Verify the option selected from step 2 and make necessary changes.
- Select the “Load” or “Add” option.
- Verify the selected coverages
- Click “Save.”
How to Search for Received Coverages
The Ctrax software has an excellent feature to quickly check and search for received coverages on the dashboard following four simple steps.
- On the dashboard, select the project you want to amend.
- From the top toolbar, select the “Approved Project Coverages” option.
- Use the search bar for specific searches such as insurance type, policy number, or certificate holder.
- View the documents attached to the coverage.
How to Review Requests
The software offers you a simple four-step overview of your requests that can be viewed and tracked.
- On the dashboard, select the project you want to view.
- From the top toolbar, select the “Requests” option.
- Click on the Requests tab.
- Click on view on the request, and you will be taken to the compliance screen.
How to Edit Details on a Project
The Ctrax software has a feature to edit details of the projects you have uploaded to the dashboard in just two clicks.
- On the dashboard, select the project you want to edit.
- Make the necessary changes on the general tab
- Click “Save.”
How to Delete a Project
Similarly, as the software allows you to edit projects, it also offers you a delete option on the dashboard.
- On the dashboard, select the project you want to delete.
- On the right corner, you can select in the section “Action” either to view or delete a project.
- Click on “delete” next to the desired project
- Click on the “Yes” option.
How to Close a Project
As the project cycle ends, the software offers you two step option to close the project you terminated. Note that projects cannot have an open request for closing or deleting.
- On the dashboard, select the project you want to close.
- You can select the “Close Project” option on the right corner.
