Our CTrax solutions software provides you with a comprehensive view of your projects. Using the software, you can upload Certificates of Insurance to your desired project without fear of missing an essential component. It is a simple, user-friendly mechanism that provides various options besides this one and ensures you can track all your projects.

How to Upload a File:

Step 1:

On the dashboard of our software, it is necessary to select a project for which you want to add COI. Once you have chosen the project, on the left taskbar, select the option “Upload COI.”

Step 2:

Fill out the “Request code” or “Select insured,” and once you have finished, click on the “Search” option.

Step 3:

Drop the files you want to upload.

Step 4:

Once you select the files you want to add, click the “Upload” button. The files uploaded to the insured will be located on the “files uploaded” records.

How to import a COI batch

Step 1:

Follow our guide above until step 3. After the mentioned steps, you should drop the files to upload

Step 2:

Click on the “Upload” option. All the files will be located in the library.
