A dedicated Account Manager directs a team of insurance professionals that ensure Client’s providers remain compliant with their insurance requirements.
To begin with, the team of professionals request, follow up, review and verify, the certificates for compliance following strict client guidelines. Generally, the process includes up to nine email communications to providers divided in three main areas, request, compliance and renewals. Lastly, you have a fully compliant COI, keeping the customer’s risk department up to date on the status of each provider.
